Sault Tribe Health Education will be hosting a Fall Prevention Workshop on Oct. 2, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the St. Ignace Public Library, 110 Spruce St. in St. Ignace.
Falls are one of the leading causes of injury among older adults, but they aren’t an inevitable part of aging. Please join Sault Tribe Community Health Educator Lyndee Zeigler for an interactive, practical one-day workshop designed to give you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to prevent falls before they happen.
Open to tribal and community members. To register, call 906‑632‑5210.
