Powwow Teachings Dance and Etiquette Aug. 8

Sault Tribe Health Division presents Powwow Teachings Dance and Etiquette Aug. 8, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Museum of Ojibwa Culture, 500 North State St. in St Ignace.

Join us in learning powwow dances, regalia, and respectful etiquette. Lunch will be provided.

Powwows are more than celebrations they are living traditions that carry deep cultural teachings, community values, and spiritual connections. At the heart of a powwow is the idea of celebrating life and community.
