Pursuant to Tribal Code Chapter 10 Section 10.104(8)(f), the Election Commission hereby publishes the Sanction Schedule for Violations of Election Ordinance Chapter 10. This civil sanction schedule shall also be sent to all candidates when they receive their official letter of certification of eligibility from the Election Commission and will be posted to the Elections tab of the tribal website. This publication serves as notice to all tribal members, potential candidates, official candidates, and non-candidate registrants of the civil sanctions that will be imposed for failure to follow the requirements of Tribal Code Chapter 10: Election Ordinance.
