Resolutions on the agenda are, under Budget Modifications: Tribal Court - Judicial Services, Health - Medical Nursing, Sub Abuse and Mental Health Services, ACFS - Subpart Funds Foster Youth and Families, ACFS - Low Income Water Assistance, ACFS - CCDF - ARPA, ACFS - USDA, Buildings - Child Care Building, Sawyer Building; Loan/USDA/Recovery Hospital Campus; 105 (1) Leasing Program; Listing Agreement for Lease; Purchase Billboard Permits; Addendum to MERS Plan; Allowing for Execution of COVID-19 Rescue Act Distr.; Approving Purdue Bankruptcy Restructuring Plan; COVID American Rescue Act Funds; and All Means All in Equitable Pandemic Relief to Tribal Members.

Under New Business, the board will consider Committee Request, Land Acquisition, Crane Industrial Suites, Legal Email dated 7-23-2020, and Board Concerns.
