SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. —A regular meeting of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians Board of Directors will be held at the held at the Kewadin Casino, in Sault Ste. Marie, Mich., starting at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 18. The meeting will be preceded by “Matters Raised by the Membership” from 4 to 5 p.m.

Resolutions on the agenda are: Partial Waiver; Budget Modifications: GLRI Capacity, and Budget Document 002 Health and 2020 Budget Modification Third Party Revenue; Continuing Funding Health 2020 October to September; Trust Land Lease Cook-cancelled; Trust Land Lease Cook; Trust Land Lease Gunsell; Trust Land Lease Gunsell and Yule; Trust Land Lease Gunsell-cancelled; Trust Land Lease Gunsell (2); Trust Land Lease Moore; Lease Cancellation Littell; Trust Land Lease Latour; Re-Appointment of Appellate Judge; Approving Contract Sonosky Chambers; Limited Waiver Re Greektown Holdings; Transportation U.S. 2 Speed Limit; Referendum Term Limits; Referendum to Decide Board Pay; and Limited Waiver Re Greektown.

Under new business, the board will consider EDC, Dental Upgrade Capital Expenditures and Board Concerns.
