SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. —A regular meeting of the Sault Tribe Board of Directors will be held at the Quality Inn in Escanaba (2603 N. Lincoln), starting at 5 p.m. on July 17. The meeting will be preceded by “Matters Raised by the Membership” from 4 to 5 p.m.

Resolutions on the agenda are: under Budget Modifications: Employee Recognition, Education – Higher Education, Tribal Opioid Treatment and Recovery Initiative Grant, Health Center Manistique Clinic and Health Center Munising Clinic; Acceptance of 2017 Governmental Audit; Letter of Credit No. 1 Sault Tribe Construction; Letter of Credit No. 2 Grand Marais; Letter of Credit No. 3 Epoufette; Lease for Escanaba Tribal Community Health Center; MOU with Fannie Mae and Other Lending Institutions; Amending Chapter 83: Evictions or Foreclosures; Audit Committee; and 2018 Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside Program.

Under New Business the board will consider Relinquishment, Committee Request and Board Concerns.
