The Sault Tribe Health Division is pleased to announce their new online COVID-19 Vaccination Registration Form. The COVID-19 Vaccination Form is now available at www.saulttribehealth.com and can be accessed via cellphone, tablet or computer. The form allows Sault Tribe members and team members to register their contact information so they can be scheduled for an appointment once the vaccine becomes available.
