9 a.m. – Track prep
10-10:45 a.m. – Throwing practice
11 a.m. – Competition opens

Categories: Elders (60+), Adult (18-59), Teens (12-17), Kids (11 and under)
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes for each category!
