Sault Tribe hosts two traditional ribbon skirt workshops with instructor Jackie Minton at Newberry Community Health, 4935 Zeez Ba Tik Lane, in Newberry. The sessions are open to Sault Tribe members aged 16 or older and able to sew.

Session 1—March 30, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Session 2—March 31, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

Lunch on your own each day.

Sessions are free of charge but limited to the first five registered participants per session.

All materials provided to make a ribbon skirt with or without applique. Participants must bring their own sewing machines and pre-register to provide sizes and choose skirt ribbon colors by March 21.
