The Sault Tribe Enrollment Department now offers veteran tribal identification cards. To obtain one of these cards you must supply Tribal Enrollment with ONE of the following:
• Form DD-214
• Form DD-215
• Form DD-256
• Form NGB-22
• Form NGB-22-a
*Any honorably discharged tribal member is entitled to receive their first member-veteran identification card free of charge.
