Mediation: Certified Mediators that are non-affiliated to offer services in neighbor disputes.

Monthly Newsletter: Each month a resident's name is hidden in the newsletter. Find your name and win a $15 gift card.

Rental Assistance Voucher Program: Recipients receive a quarterly mailer.

Yard Beautification Contests: Yard beautification contests are held in June, July and August. First place prize is a $50 gift card; second place is a $25 gift card.

Snow Sculpture Winter Contest: First place winners in the snow sculpture winter contest receive a $50 gift card.
