Due to an insufficient number of ballots returned, based on the 30 percent requirement in Tribal Code Chapter 12: Referendum Ordinance, Resolutions 2022-228 and 2022-229 and are still valid. There were 15,328 ballots mailed with only 3,721 votes for 2022-228 and only 3734 votes for 2022-229.
