The community powwow planning group will host a powwow planning meeting on Thursday, Jan. 17, at 5:15 p.m. Anyone interested in helping plan our community powwow celebrations is encouraged to attend. The meeting will take place at the Cultural Library and Learning Center, 531 Ashmun St. in Sault Ste. Marie. The community powwow planning meetings are open to the public; previous powwow planning experience is not required.
