SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. - A regular meeting of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians Board of Directors will be held at Kewadin Casino starting at 6:00 p.m. on Sept. 6. The meeting will be preceded by “Matters Raised by the Membership” from 4 to 6:00 p.m.

Resolutions to be considered are: NCAI; Standing with Standing Rock Nation; Trust Land Status Bonacci Parcel; Trust Land Status Clark Parcel; Trust Land Status Teeter’s/Fletchers Addition; BIA-Self Governance; 2017 Indian Housing Plan; Contract for Construction Fish Barrier-Walleye Pond; and budget modifications for USDA, Emergency Assistance and Executive Office.

Under New Business, the board will consider Committee Requests and Standing Rock Appropriation.
