A series of classes on sewing, feather work, bead work, and regalia accessories for those that have not had regalia will begin with an information meeting on Thursday, March 8 at 6 p.m., Newberry Health Center. Classes will then be held on Thursdays from 6 to 7:30 p.m.  March 15 through May 10.

March 28-30 Regalia camp, Mary Murray Culture Camp

April 6 Song recognition and dance from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
April 12 Song recognition and dance from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
April 21-23 Regalia Camp, Mary Murray Culture Camp
April 28-30 Regalia Camp, Mary Murray Culture Camp
 
We do have a stipend amount for 20 participants through the Sault Tribe Good Health and Wellness in Indian Country Grant.
 
A parent or family friend that can sew must attend at least one sewing camp with participant. Parents or guardian must also attend the initial sign up meeting on March 8. Transportation will be provided by YEA, you will need to contact you YEA Coordinator to sign up.
