The Chi Mukwa recreational facility is also home to the All-In-One Fitness Club, which is the largest fitness center in the city. The fitness center features a full line of Hammer Strength, Magnum and Precor strength training equipment along with a large assortment of free weights and a variety of functional training options. The cardiovascular area features a fleet of Precor ellipticals, treadmills, recumbent and upright bikes, climbers and AMT machines.
Spinning Classes: Come join us for this calorie-scorching workout! Classes are held in the aerobics room located downstairs; meets on Mondays at 5:30 p.m. and Wednesdays at 5:30 a.m. Reserve your bike today! For more info, contact the Fitness Club at 906-635-4935.
Yoga Classes: Vinyasa Core yoga classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. located upstairs in the Hospitality Room. Classes are taught by Amy McCoy.
The center offers annual, quarterly and monthly memberships, fitness assessments and programs, spacious locker rooms, aerobic and dance room, men’s and women’s sauna, rehabilitation services center and an indoor walking and jogging track.

Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
*Current All-In-One Fitness Club members may use the LSSU Student Activity Center on Saturdays only during the summer free of charge.
**Purchase a Group Fitness Class Punch Card—good for Spinning and/or Yoga, and for any additional classes we add. $50 for fitness center members, $60 for non-members. Card gives you 10 punches to use for any combination of our classes. Cards expire 3 months from the date of purchase. Drop-in fees for classes are $5 for fitness center members, $7 for non-members.
