SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. —A regular meeting of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians Board of Directors will be held at the Munising Tribal Center starting at 6 p.m. on April 18. The meeting will be preceded by “Matters Raised by the Membership” from 4 to 6 p.m.

Resolutions on the agenda are: two partial waivers; BIA OTJS One-Time Funding Confirmation; Appellate Judge Elder Position (2); Appellate Judge Community Member (2); Amending Chapter 20: Co-Captains Regulations (2); and under Budgets: Transportation Planning, Judicial Services, Sault Tribe Construction-Prevailing Wage, Sault Tribe Construction #1 and Sault Tribe Construction #2.

Under new business, the board will consider: Committee Requests, CORA BSD – Contribution, Organization Chart, Director Issue, Community Center and Board Concerns.
