Sault Tribe Community Gathering: Shunk Road Forests

The Natural Resources Department invites you to a dinner and discussion Feb. 28 about the tribal forest along Shunk Road, in the Sault. We want to manage the forest so that the tribal community and future generations can use it for mino-bimaadiziwin—a good life.

We are asking for your input and participation as we develop a stand-level forest management plan for the forest. Please join us for a meal and discussion about this project.
