Sault Tribe Community Gathering: Hessel Forest

The Natural Resources Department invites you to a dinner and discussion March 1 about the tribal forest in Hessel. We want to manage the forest so that the tribal community and future generations can use it for mino-bimaadiziwin—a good life.

We are asking for your input and participation as we develop a stand-level forest management plan for the Hessel Forest. Please join us for a meal and discussion about this project.
