All Hands on Deck

All Hands on Deck July 3!

Cedarville-DeTour event at the Dunes

At 10 a.m. on July 3, people all along the shore of the Great Lakes will be linking hands or hoisting a boat flag to raise awareness of the need to protect the Great Lakes at local, state, and federal levels because everyone needs the Great Lakes and they need you. Events are being held in all six Great Lakes states and Canada.

On local event is being held at the Dunes on M-134 between DeTour Village and Cedarville Big Dunes, closer to M-48. Everyone is welcome! Check in starts at 9:30 a.m. Event organizers are honored to have a Drum from the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians.

Bring a blue marble to share—trade a great lake story and a marble! Wear an All Hands on Deck T-shirt or a blue or green T-shirt of your choice.

Visit allhandsondeckgreatlakes.org for T-shirt, full list of participating sites and complete event information.
