Connect to services you might need – attend Project Homeless Connect (PHC). Project Homeless Connect is a one-day, one-stop event that provides immediate access to services, businesses, and information to hundreds of people/children who are homeless, or are at the risk of becoming homeless. The event helps people from all walks of life, and all ages. The goal of PHC is to provide easy access to services and resources, in order to eradicate homelessness within our small and wonderful community. Thursday, Sept. 21 at the Chi Mukwa Community Recreation Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This is a free event with lots of resources and giveaways available.
